Wrap-Up Terms Explained: RMIS

RMIS

RMIS, which stands for Risk Management Information System, is a computerized system programmed to track and evaluate risks of a particular entity and/or multiple entities sharing similar characteristics.  The system can contain information such as loss runs, various risk factors, policy information, and other risk related data.  Using RMIS is a great way to evaluate risks for a potential wrap-up or to analyze a current wrap-up’s risks.
